Our unique solution includes a smart event processing platform, the latest secure payment technology, a customer relationship management and profile enrichment tool, a loyalty and rewards programme, mobile device apps, customer care, insights and reporting.
Having run a beta-test programme with 12 Charities since November 2017, where we generated KPI data, and raised thousands of pounds for charity, we are now raising investment and delivering a full scale launch in the UK from October 2018.
To ensure optimal governance DTC are now seeking to appoint a Chairman. The Company is based at Green Park, Reading and Board meetings are typically held in Reading or London.
The principal role of the Chairman of the Board is to manage and to provide leadership to the Board of Directors of the Company. The Chairman is accountable to the Board and acts as a direct liaison between the Board and the management of the Company, through the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”).
The Chairman acts as the communicator for Board decisions where appropriate.
Donate The Change LTD firmly believe in the concept of separation of the role of the Chairman from that of the CEO implies that the Chairman should be independent from management and free from any interest and any business or other relationship which could interfere with the Chairman’s independent judgment other than interests resulting from Company shareholdings and remuneration.
